Flat Belly? Growling belly's more like it....

i am currently on the 'no-bloat' phase of the flat belly diet.

and i am STARVING, people.

thank GOD (and i really do mean that) that this only lasts four days, and this is day two.

two.more.days.

i think i can, i think i can....

Let me know if the diet works! I need a flat thighs diet...my upper body stays pretty much the same while my lower half gets incrementally bigger....not a fan.

dude try the suzanne somers diet (somersize) you get to eat as much as want, all her recipes are really yummy you can eat just about anything except you can't mix carbs and protein/fats and i lost 10 lbs in like a month (without even exercising). It also helps boost your metabolism. My mom lost 19lbs in 3 months. Her first book about it is "eat great lose weight" she has about 5 now all with yummy recipes that aren't "diet food" all i can say is that my stomach never growled

i tried to look up info on that diet but it wouldn't give me too much info without buying the book - so what's the deal? what's it all about?
